TRIPS Component: Facilitator

Physically, each TRIPS component is only connected to the facilitator, which is the message hub of the entire system. Components send their messages to the facilitator, which then forwards the messages to the appropriate recipients. The facilitator does not play a part in the "logical" activity of the system.
